SMS Messaging Program (SoulFood SMS Club)

By opting into the SoulFood SMS Club, you agree to the SMS terms in this section in addition to the general Terms above. Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to use our website, dine with us, place an order, or make a reservation. You may decline or skip SMS sign-up at any time and still fully use our services.

Program Description

The SoulFood SMS Club sends recurring automated text messages including exclusive offers, menu previews, event invitations, and promotional content. Message frequency varies but approximately 2–4 messages per month.

How to Opt In

We offer two ways to join:

1. Website form: Enter your mobile number on our join page, contact page, or the signup form on our homepage. You will be presented with a single marketing consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. You must actively check that box and tap Join; doing so constitutes your active, informed consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from us (exclusive offers, coupons, menu previews, event invitations, and loyalty rewards). Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and source for compliance purposes.
2. In-store keyword: At our restaurant, scan a QR code or text SOUL to (424) 295-8020. Sending the keyword constitutes your consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages.

After opt-in, you receive a welcome message confirming enrollment. New members may show the welcome text for 10% off a dinner within 30 days of joining.

Opt-Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance. You may rejoin at any time by texting SOUL again.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for pricing details. We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Privacy
